Project Schedules and Payments
The schedules for our projects at Hephaestus Construction serve as projected estimates and might vary based on weather conditions, the permit process, supply chain fluctuations, or specific owner modifications. We commit to keeping you informed of any adjustments as they occur. Our payment system involves an upfront deposit and subsequent installments linked to project phases, with the final balance settled upon completion. Our total liability is limited to the actual value of services rendered, and we do not assume responsibility for any indirect or consequential damages. Liability and Governing Law
Our total liability is capped at the specific contract value. Hephaestus Construction is not responsible for any underlying structural defects or indirect losses. We stand by our work with craftsmanship warranties, provided the structure is maintained correctly by the owner. Materials and equipment are generally subject to their respective manufacturer warranties. Any legal disagreements will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Florida law.
